my nokia lumia 630 is heated on charging and on net surfing and calling?

please reply what to do remove this heating issue in my phone

How hot is it? It is normal for a device to become warmer when it's charging or when the processor is being used. Phones don't have fans like PCs do.

Unless it's too warm to touch, it's probably normal.

Some the device become very hot during calling, anyone have solutions for this problem?
