Need help- Already installed apps showing as 'Pending' in Apps List

On Apps List, already installed some apps are showing as Pending, Same app showing twice as two different apps, one is the installed app and the same app showing as Pending just below the same installed app. It started showing like that since I did hard reset my Lumia 730 when on build 10586.218, (now on 10586.318) The Installed apps which are showing as pending on Apps List are not showing on Store Queued items. Only some installed apps are showing as Pending on Apps List,
And I tried uninstalling and reinstalling an app. Though still showing as Pending. Some uninstalled apps are also showing as Pending on Apps List.
Someone please help me resolve the issue. Thank you.

check for OS update again -you should be on 10586.420
Then check to see if the issue has been resolved
