No More Spinning Gears ?

Recently Updated my Lumia 920 to Amber. (GDR2)

Noticed that the Spinning Gears are no more present if you update your phones software !!!
Updated my keyboard to UK 1st, Phone Downloaded the file and prompt me to install,
Phone restarted and spinning Gears just flashed for a sec or so and disappeared,
Later their was this new look, were you can see how much percent the phone has installed and on which process is it.
It had total 5 steps or levels you can say.

Tried Installing the US keyboard the same process took place.

Now I dont know this feature is just for Keyboards/ minimum Software updates, or in throughout were you can see were your phone update stand during an UPDATE.
So far I liked it as you know what is happening with your phone rather than thinking or being confused is it stuck on spinning gears or its really updating.

Throw in your comments and tell me who else has noticed this.

not really m stuck for over 3 hours on gears on my 920 for GDR2 OTA update

My 928 was stuck on gears for HOURS.

I tried soft resetting, nothing.

So I did pressed these buttons in this order - told to by Nokia.

Volume up, volume down, power, volume down.

Pretty quick.. Wait a few seconds and it should come back to life with no gears.
