Hi,
I'm curious if there's a way to launch the keyboard selection interface for Windows 10 (the little keyboard icon in the system tray) without having a touchscreen, to be able to select keys with the mouse. Specifically, I'm interested in being able to insert emojis from the keyboard. I'm not talking about the regular "on-screen keyboard" because that just replicates the regular keyboard.
Any ideas? Thanks!
