problem with audio

[Windows Central Question]

my left speaker on my headphones broke so i decided to test if it still works and it does on my computer and my ipad... but when i connect it to my lumia 640 it doesnt work at all i know that it works because i have used these headphones befor with thus phone but what happened now if you can help please because i dont mind using just one side but i cannot afford a new pair so thanks if you can help

Does it fit right? I mean do you use somekind of cover?
