Sent my Surface Book to MS for repair and left my BaseQi in it. Ooops!

The keyboard in the base of my Surface book stopped working. I shipped it out, and just received my replacement, only to realize that I forgot to remove my BaseQi with a 128GB MicroSD card in it. Think there is any chance, they could recover it? I'm counting it as a loss, but I do have a few files on the SD card that would make nice to get back.

Nevermind. Less than an hour after my initial post. I received a phone call from MS asking if I received my replacement Surface Book, and if there were any issues with it. I asked if they could look for the BaseQi in my original, and the agent opened a ticket. Pretty cool.

Did they find your card? What happened after they opened a ticket?
