I finally got around to replacing the Microsoft logo boot screen with this Custom boot up screen.

Lumia 950 XL. Those particular boot logos are found on the PLAT partition. You have to use Mass Storage mode to get to them. After that you can swap out a pic of the same type resolution and all. In this case on the Lumia 950 XL there are two the Windows logo and the Microsoft logo. One is a png the other is a bmp file. both 1080x1920.

I don't know if there are still people here but I'm quite desperate so I'll try anyway. Does anyone know of an app that allows you to make custom tiles for ANY other app? I've found a couple that are semi-useful but none of them cover all of my apps.

This is my start screen right now:

Using a combination of ''Ahmed Tiles'' and ''Hot Tiles!'' I was able to remove most of the titles, so you can only see the logo. Only my music player remains with a title and it's really bothering me
So does anyone know of an app that can replace ANY tile with a custom image?

Still using Lumia 950 as my primary phone. But FB messenger & FB app is gone, WhatsApp is about to leave in Dec'19. Camera flash seems to reboot the phone. Other apps have also become sluggish. It still takes great pictures though. It has become a graveyard of "dreams". I think I will ditch it in a few months.
But that will not stop me from sharing my Start screens.

Edge Canary opened as a black window, and the installation can't be removed normally. I will "never" try it again. Good old Edge will stay as long as possible.

Battery life is still quite bad. Other than that, I love the WoA experience on Lumia 950 XL.
