"Unactivated Price: $599.99"
Not too bad. The various guesses I was reading were north of $700...

Well just to clarify, these won't be the only colors for AT&T obviously. It's just what Best Buy is taking for Pre-Order at the moment. There might be limited options for Best Buy at the moment, or something else is going on. I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say that AT&T's pre-order will have a bigger selection of colors.
Unactivated != unlocked though.
Unactivated doesn't mean it's unlocked. It will still be locked by AT&T and you'll need an unlocked code for it.
WTF Best Buy is telling me I'm not eligible for an upgrade, which I know is BS since I've had a Focus since the day it came out.
That's $200 less than they are selling a 32GB iPhone 5, and even $100 less than a 16GB iPhone 5."Unactivated Price: $599.99"

!= means "Not equal to"
hoping 920 would be 449 like 900.
I know, it opens at 5PM CST.

I would bet money on AT&T's off-contract price being lower. Go compare Best Buy's off-contract prices for other phones vs. AT&T's. They're often $100-$200 higher.
Something seems to be wrong with Best Buy's website. I can't get a 920 into my cart. Had one in there earlier, but I changed my mind on color. Now, it won't stick...
