Switched from a 950 to an ASUS Zenfone3 with Android 7.0, it's a middle range model that has everything that I was looking for: Dual SIM, USB-C, good battery and memory space, middle range processor etc
The Good:
- As an older Symbian and then Windows Phone user I was overwhelmed by the number of apps available and even the ones that I was used to like Flipboard are much better;
- My smart watch (Garmin VAHR) just works with the phone same with my trainer bike;
- Discovered the joy of small apps like groceries store apps, parking apps, that really made my life easier
The bad
- Used to mail, people, calendar windows 10 MS integration, Android is a disappointing ecosystem for MS users. The outlook app has along way to go (you can't even edit the contacts directly in the app). So have to spent some money in a 3rd party app (nine). the Google backup system is not as perfect has MS one.
- Tried several Android launchers (even MS arrow) and not one comes even close to Windows 10 mobile with live tiles;
