I tried uninstalling and soft resetting the phone too, but the gamer picture in the game is still just showing a generic one it was showing my avatar picture until I changed my gametag from player####### to Coteganut

I think the change in the gamertag is the cause of the issue as I'm having the same problem with those conditions and its an issue with this game since other games aren't affected. Time to contact Gameloft support.

I just want this game to actually play right, but these people that developed it can't or won't fix it. That is more important than a picture.
