USB not showing

I connect usb to my pc . But pc shows me that my phone is locked. And doesn't show any file stored in my phone. But my pc is already unlocked. I use this usb several times but this problem happens recently. Os build .1066 L535.

I don't have a direct answer to your USB issue because I do not have a Windows Phone.
Mine is an Android smartphone.

Do you, like my android phone, store your files in a sd card ?
If yes, use a sd card reader > insert into your PC. That will do the transfer easily.

If that does not apply to Windows Phone, my apology.
