Could't update to windows 10 mobile build 10586
I am on build 10549 and I couldn't be able to update to build 10576 then 10581 and now 10586. Download never increases from 0% but it uses all data of my wifi which needs in downloading then after that it says there were problems installing some updates but we will try again later and it comes with the error code 0x80070538. I've tried everything like hard reset, dis-enrolling from insiders but nothing came helpful and I don't want to roll back to 8.1. I am using lumia 520.
