Why does my Band 2 lose believe it's lost power when i put it on my wrist?

I charge my Band to 100%. Leave it on the desk for as long as you want, all ok, no issue with power.

As soon as I put it on my wrist, the power goes. Band just goes blank and doesn't work. If I then connect it to charger, band comes back to life and says welcome back you lost power. Which of course I didn't as its still actually at 100%.

Started doing this after 3 weeks of wearing. Very annoying - now totally unusable.
