Why isn't my Nokia 520 turning on?

my nokia 520 battry problem and boot problem

when i press the power button it vibrates and shows Nokia logo then shows this cog wheels.after complete this processbar

It might be updating process or hard reset process. Plug in charger and wait , if it still on that try nokia software recovery tool. Or it may be lose battery put a small paper in battery side.
