Why some apps expire going offline and reactivate again online on a Lumia 950 xl

Hi, I have installed some on my lumia 950 xl Moliplayer pro, and Easy Selfie, and removed ads by buying them. They work ok when the phone is connected to the internet, but when I go offline, they go in trial mode and when I turn on the internet they reactivate again. This happens also with some other apps like some dictionaries. Strangely this phenomenon doesn't occur on my lumia 930 upgraded to the win 10 mobile. Can someone tell me why this thing happens

can you try reinstalling the apps?
