Have to use power button to do a restart
When I do a PC restart after installing windows 10, PC says restarting turns black screen ( in my case the word Dell shows up with white circle moving in circles like it is going to start) then it just stops, freezes. I have to hold down power button I order to restart PC., it starts normally but no matter when I want to do a restart it freezes
