"Cortana can't listen right now" Windows 10 TP (Error: 0x80070102)

Hi,
Always when I click at the microphone, next to the seachbar, Cortana shows me this error:

Cortana can't listen right now
Make sure your mic is working, or wait a little while and try again. Error code: 0x80070102

The microphone is working perfect (I've tested it in the audio recorder app (Windows 10) and it worked also great in windows 8.1). I've restarted my PC. And I've reinstalled the drivers. The error is still there.

Anyone the same error? Or a solution?

changed language settings to us english, mic is working fine, reinstalled audio drivers, but still same error message with cortana :/

Same thing happened to my Windows 10.

Must be a bug then. I just installed Win 10 on my desktop PC and I don't have a Mic. So, it wouldn't work for me anyways.

Ok I fixed it. Although I changed language to English, it didn't download the language package. Had to go to settings->time and language->region and language -> clicking on English -> options -> download and after installing restarting the system. now it works fine!

I have the same problem as Cortana. Sometimes, I just can't listen. It's an attention deficit issue with me, so perhaps Cortana is having a similar problem. LOL

@Gh Guzun, the post immediately above yours gives the solution to the problem. It is a region and language issue. It's the standard response when Cortana isn't available for your language and/or region yet.
