Lumia 1320 screen becomes unusable

Hi,
I have Lumia 1320 with latest windows 10 mobile build (572). Sometimes, screen becomes completely unusable as shown in attachment. Unless, I restart the phone, I will not be able to use it. I need to understand the pattern, but still tracking how or what scenario it happens. My wild guess could be device firmware update or could be memory issue.

This is not related to hardware as I reverted back to windows 8.1 to verify & I never faced this issue on windows 8.1.
Anyone has similar problem & if so, how it was resolved.

I cannot post it in MS feedback app as there is no option to attach images.

Mine has been doing the same. I have only had it for a couple of days and each time it happens I have to do a soft reset.

Soft reset is one of the basics of using a smartphone. Like ctrl+alt+can

I have never had to do that on my Lumia 640

Except that its 1:24 in the afternoon and i have already had to do it 4 times today. That is a lot more excessive than my use of "ctrl+alt+del"

My wife phone was getting many goofy small lines only in winter time!
Try warm up see if this will help.
