New notification bug on build 14393.3

MS keep pushing up the new bugs:
On Build 14393.3, if I disabled the notification banner for one app e.g. skype, when the new notification arrives for this app, the status bar becomes blank except the time.

Reboot your phone

Does not have to reboot, wiping down from top will make status bar back to normal until next notification arrives. It is just very annoying.
