Hotspot showing as Uninstalled App

I recently got an HP Elite X3 and at the same time added Mobile Hotspot to my AT&T account. The Hotspot is limited to 10gb so I would like to monitor usage. The first couple of days I could not find any listing in Data Usage for Hotspot, but had a feeling it was there as usage was going up. This evening I wiped the phone and started from scratch. When the wipe was complete I connected to the Hotspot on my PC and watched some Netflix. I am now pretty certain I found the Hotspot on the list based on how much data it used, but it is showing up on the list as 'Uninstalled app'. Is there any way to change this so it shows up as 'Hotspot'?
