Windows 10 Installation Error Code 0xC1900101 - 0x30018

I have windows 10 build 9860 installed on my computer. the update 9879 downloads but doesnt install properly, give me the error code 0xC1900101 - 0x30018
While searching in the other forums, i have seen lot of questions but no answers in the above issue

Go to google search, enter Windows 10 build 9879 ISO now available for download.
That will get you the Non-Enterprise Win 10 build 9879 ISO.
Download it and burn it to a bootable DVD.
Use the DVD to do a clean install.
