How to roll back damaged Build 10061?

After downloading with a crash during the DL (my fault), Build 10061 repeatedly fails to install , showing error 0x80070003, which refers to damaged or missing files. What is the best way to correct this? I suppose I should delete the entire download and start it again, but I'm not sure which folders/files to remove. Any other suggestions for an approach? I also tried to scan for damaged files with "sfc/scannow, but that wouldn't run. Thanks for any help.
