Synaptics Scroll issue in Build 10158/59

Synaptics which is coming via Windows update on my HP Pavilion laptop does not seem to work on Build 10158/59. However it was working perfectly on Build 10130.

The issue is that the scroll is not working in Modern apps, start menu, edge etc however the scroll sign shows. The scroll is working perfectly in Windows Explorer and legacy desktop apps.

Anyone else facing this issue? What is the solution?

Same here. Anyone knows how to fix this? Re-installing synaptics drivers doesn't work.

Found a Solution. Hope it will work for everyone.

1.Open the device manager
2.Find the entry listing a PS/2 compatible mouse
3.Right click entry and select update driver.
4.Click search the internet for latest driver
5.Synaptics driver now installs
6.Done

Didn't work for me, it says the best driver is already installed. Any other suggestions?
