Am I able to delete Windows Insider Program?

hello i have genuine Windows 7 SP1... and now im downloading Windows 10 Insider... when Microsoft releases Windows 10 at 29th July... am i able to delete the insider Program and keep my version as "real" version? because i dont want to have more insider updates after 29th july

Yes you can: How Insiders can stop receiving new builds after Windows 10 launches | Windows Central - the screenshots might look a little different with newer builds (the let Microsoft try features option has been removed) but this should let you opt out of insider builds after release
