Is there any news if you will be able to text/receive call on your desktop?

If I run WP10 and Win10 and they are on the same wi-fi, have MS announced if I will be able to answer text/calls using my PC ?
 
I wouldn't expect to see this functionality until Windows 10 Mobile is complete, being that the Messaging app will be universal.
