Modern Combat 5: Blackout no longer available

Anyone know what the deal is? I went to go download Modern Combat 5 because I wanted to try it with ajoystick and the store has it delisted. No longer available?? Is it a windows 10 thing? Can anyone download from Windows 8.1?
