Updated to windows 10 b10162, but windows update, updated my AMD HD7900 Drivers, and now I have no sound from my onboard Via VT2012 7.1 sound chip. I have sound now on my AOC Monitor speakers, but do not want it this way, I have tried for hurs to rectify this and done everything that I could find On google, but to No avail...
Can anyone suggest anything to rectify this? Short of buying a PCI-e or PCI sound card, I don't know what to do :devil:
It still works on windows 8 so I know the chip is fine......i have 5.1 surround speakers connected, but cannot use them on windows 10, it was this AMD Graphics Update that has enabled HDMI passthrough, and i want it gone, falling back to previous driver does not work either as i dont get
correct resolution on my monitor....
