Why i am not able to boot windows 10 on a new hard drive wiht USB

i have Lenovo z580 ideal pad, i recently purchased a new sshd and wanted to install windows 10, downloads the file of windows insider preview and copied it to a 32 gb sandisk usb. unfortunately even after setting the bios to usb boot its not booting, please help.

Just copying the preview to a stick will not do the job. You have to create a bootable stick.
