Windows 10 Mail App, Using Alias(Am I just stupid?[Don't answer that])

I can't see anyway to change the from address when sending mail to use an alias like I could with the Windows 8 Mail app, or outlook.com.

Did I miss it somewhere where it will only send from the default alias in the app?

I am getting around this with separate accounts but I would like to have one account and choose which address I send from.
