Why didn't I get the Windows 10 update?

I didn't got the Windows 10 update.

I made a clean reinstall of windows 10 on my PC with ISO file 10166 and now I am on 10240. But I'm not getting any update even its JULY 29!!! It says my device is up to date.

That's because it is already up to date, build 10240 is pretty much what everyone else is downloading and installing now.

My Stream was on 10240 so nothing happened, my Surface Pro 3 has just completed the upgrade from 8.1 and my desktop (The one I really wanted to see some action on) is just staring at me from 8.1 eyes.

I recently read on windows central that they have released official Windows 10 ISO files. Will my 10166 key will work with it?
