So this just happened.. (problem updating to windows 10)

So i just finished installing windows 10! Great! however when i start it i can log on normally and move my mouse and even start firefox which is in my starbar. But whenever i try to do anything with windows like open taskmanager or press windows logo nothing happens. Tried restarting and so on but my installation is somehow broken. Im not very good with computers so if someone could link me steps to how to make bootable windows 10 and reinstall it cleanly i would appreciate! Thank you
