Why doesn't my fresh new Windows 10 install boot?

Fresh new Windows 10 install does not boot

Hi

I launched automatic free update of my Win7-64b to windows 10 yesterday.

At restart after installation, PC stays on black screen, no start-up, no error shown.

How to get further?
