Error 0x80073D0A resolved as Windows Firewall was stopped

I recently started having install error for apps in the store (all new and updates). The error was always Error 0x80073D0A. It turns out that the recent install of Norton Security had replaced the Windows firewall with its own (no surprise). For some reason the app store could not complete an app install unless the Windows firewall was running.
Just thought I would put that out there in case anyone else runs into this.
