Why doesn't the Start Menu tab appear in Task Bar & Start Menu Properties?

Start Menu tab does not appear in Task Bar & Start Menu Properties

I've not got the 'Start Menu' tab in my 'Taskbar and Start Menu Properties' control panel (right-click on taskbar). I've seen screenshots on the web, but my Win 10 Pro doesn't have. How can I enable?

It's not supposed to have that tab, what screenshots are you talking about? Are they from the "RTM" or preview build?
