Family sharing apps

I'm not sure if this is old news or what but after adding my wife and son to my family in windows 10 they now have access to apps that I have purchased in the store and vice versa. Not sure if its a bug (albeit a beneficial one) or if family sharing is now a thing.

Where do you see this? I don't see the purchased apps in the "Library" section of the store, am I looking in the wrong place?
