Windows 10 Install fail, how can I fix this?

Windows 10 Install fail

My 5-years old Laptop is installed Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit.

I just downloading Windows 10 Pro to Windows Update and reboot for installing but nothing happen to windows 10 install Boot Logo.

I waiting 30 minutes but it don't move on setup screen... only stay boot logo..

So I'm tried downloaded ISO file to MediaCreationToolx64.exe and installing using USB but install fail Windows 10...

Help! Why can't install my laptop? bios ploblem??
