why doesn't my touch screen work with my chrome since my windows 10 upgrade from 8.1
My laptop is a dual, mouse or touch. It worked with all my internet browsers and games until the windows 10 upgraded on my pc. Now touch only works when I use apps not with regular programs. I don't like this. I've turned on tablet mode but it still doesn't work. Can I go back to 8.1?
