I upgraded to Windows 10 last night can't play any videos today! How can I fix this?

upgraded to Windows 10 last night can't play any videos today!

I have sound but no picture except a little thumbnail travelling along the bottom of the screen...no Netflix, no youtube!

I have a easy fix to this problem....open Internet Explorer and in the little gear upper right hand corner ...click on it.....now go down to Internet Options ......when that opens click on Advance tab and check Use Hardware Rendering....click the apply tab on bottom and then ok....This will solve the problem of not being able to watch videos......now you will be able to watch videos in Edge and Internet Explorer
