Desktop screen constantly refreshes on HP Pavilion dv6 (AMD Phenon II N660) after upgrading to Windows 10
I upgraded my HP Pavilion dv6 laptop computer to Windows 10 from Windows 7. The upgrade went good. When I logon to my user account, the desktop screen populates with icons and then keeps refreshing them constantly. I am unable to click on any icon or execute a program.
In Windows Safe Mode the desk top screen is fine. I attempted in regular mode to stop most processes and services that were not in Safe Mode to identify the cause; but was unable to identify.
I had also upgraded my other laptop computer, a HP Pavilion dv7 (Intel i5 M460) to Windows 10 and it works fine.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
