I'm suspecting that it is the 'Intel Chipset Installation Utility' that is messing it up. Any ideas on how to test that theory or fix the issue? Or has anybody else even had this issue yet?

I have done the following:
- Installed the latest drivers from HP
- Installed the drivers that were used on Windows 8.1
- Uninstalled all Windows Updates
- Did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro
