Windows 10 detects fall update (threshold2), November update , downloads (too quickly) and then after install progress hits 100% it says downloading again then Failed to Install.
After this every time when I am trying to check for update is showing message "Your device is up to date". I am facing this problem in my surface pro 3. please reply how can I resolve this issue.

Yep me too. Are you a mobile insider and a non-insider on the PC you are updating by any chance?

Same issue. I am an insider on one PC (that one updated fine) and not an insider on my other 2 computers. The 2 non-insider computers both failed to update and now don't show the fall update anymore.

Strangely my tablet, which is also a non-insider, updated fine.

Even I am facing the same problem... The update hits 100% and fails...
One of my PCs is on the preview builds.. And I'm a mobile insider too... But facing this problem with my second computer.. Can anyone plz help me

Don't panic. The same thing happened to me yesterday. I deleted the files in the folder ~BT and today the update showed up again in WU. Now I have the new version 1511. If you have office 2013 find your product key cause you have to reactivate office after the update.

Finally got the update over WU. Then I was adding my fourth column of tiles to Start menu, when I got my first Windows 10 BSOD (much nicer now), "process_has_locked_pages". Yay?

Harsh, Grab the media creation tool from Microsoft: microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Can you help me to locate the folder and which file to delete. Thank you.

Just goto this directory %windir%\softwaredistribution\download (copy nd paste in explorer address bar)
