Why I can't install windows 10 on lumia 521

I am using lumia 521. I want to install windows 10. I've installed windows 10 by windows insider. After installation I found many problems. Such as, wi-fi and cellular don't work, sd card not found, too slow, clock is not showed at lockscreen, some apps are missing, some don't open, etc.

It still is not finished... We are waiting for that last build.

That said, have you tried a Hard Reset? It may smooth things out. Not everything will be release level, but it should help.

Power off > holdVolume Down > tap Power > keep holding Volume Down until you see theexclamation (!) screen, then immediately release the Volume Down

Now tap Volume Up / Volume Down / Power / VolumeDown

You should see the spinning gears.

May we know what build you got? 10166 is outdated making it still laggy and has a lot of bugs. Try enrolling again in the Insider Program in Fast Configuration and maybe you'll get the latest build 10581 which is far smoother and better now.
