Windows 10 Major Update Sluggish PC

has anyone experience a sluggish performance after the major update?

Sometimes I'm experiencing clicking Start not doing anything (start screen does not show up) or right clicking takes too long to display the context menu. Edge also became sluggish, right clicking sometimes makes the page unresponsive or right click does not work at all. Clicking back to a tab in Edge sometimes become unresponsive and says recover web page.

What the hell did MS do with this update.

Zotac GTX 760 2 GB
Western Digital 650 GB Hard Drive

It was fine before the update, now it seems sluggish especially Edge. Experiencing lots of unresponsive pages.

If it were me, I would try this first:

Sometimes, especially after an upgrade or other damage some files might go south resulting in bad things. It once was a twilight/day difference on an older laptop of mine.

Run the commands in Command Prompt (as administrator)
