Updated Windows 10 & then opening page just flashing. Can't use.
Typing this on my other laptop--that's still working. I had Windows 10 installed on my hp laptop. Had problems installing--after installation, opening page just kept flashing till I called and I was instructed how to stop it. (Forgot instructions though. Also forgot who I called.)
Then, it was working fine for months, but all of a sudden, it began to update itself--I never asked it to. After it told me updating complete the opening page was again flashing. I can't make it stop or do anything.
Last time I think I was told to hit control-alternate-delete and click on task manager. Once there I was told to click on something in that dialogue box, but I don't remember what.
Need help.
