windows 10 backup will not work 0x80041313

Since updating to windows 10 I have many problems with my computer.
Most importantly I am trying to backup to my external hard drive as I am commencing university semester and want my system running safely.
It says task object is supported with a code 0x80041313

I have spend hours searching your site how to fix, please help.

Are you trying to make an image? If so W10 does not easily support this.
