Problem log in on Windows 10 with two account

I have two accounts in my notebook. An account is password protected (Account X) and the other does not need a password (Account Y).
The problem/question is as follows:

I'm using the Account Y and turn off the notebook, the next time I turn on, the notebook will automatically log into this account. The same happens if I shut down the notebook with the Account X. When I turn on the PC, this account is the first to show up asking for the password. As I said, if I shut down the PC wiht the Account Y, when I turn on the PC, it will automaticaly log in.

I would like to know how to have Windows 10 does not do automatic login and wait for me to decide which account to enter.

I think what you are looking for is this.

I however have not tried this as I always password my accounts, even if I have to put a simple password like "password"
