Bluetooth pairing problem in Win10 - Please help!
I have used a bluetooth mouse with win10 for months but now I can't use it now
I can't unpair it (it means I can't pair it again). When I unpair it, it disappear but I turn off and on bluetooth, it appear as paired again.
Uninstalling the driver in device manager but off-->on bluetooth, windows install it back.
Stop and start bluetooth support service in services but no help.
The mouse is fine, I can use, pair and unpair it with my phone 640xl win10, no problem
Please help me!
