How do you activate Windows 10 if you do not have Internet service?

How do you activate Windows 10 if you do not have Internet service.

I have 50+ Windows laptops (Lenovo) which were licensed for Windows 7. I have upgraded them to Windows 10 via a USB stick. They are in a part of the world where I do not have Internet access at this time. Is there a methodology for activating them without the Internet?

You always could activate Windows over the phone.
I've not tried it but it should still be possible.

If you try activating it (Settings\Update and security\Activation) and when it fails, does the activate by phone option pop up?
