Windows Central Question

how do prevent printer message below from always popping up?

I recently installed Windows 10 on my computer, one that is no longer hooked up to my old printer (HP Deskjet 3000). The printer doesn't show up on my 'apps' list, but any time I turn on or restart my computer, I get messages that say:
"There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HP Deskjet 3000 J310 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll" and "The specified module could not be found."
Since there's no printer to uninstall, how do I let Windows 10 know that and prevent this message from always popping up?

go to SETTINGS >> DEVICES >> PRINTERS and remove that printer (assuming you can). It's looking for that printer driver (which isn't there)
