Widows Hello camera broken

Has anyone else had the problem of Anniversary Update breaking the IR camera for Windows Hello? It was working fine on 1511, but when I updated to 1607 the camera quit working. I even rolled back to 1511 and still no camera. My laptop is a brand new ASUS Q524OU 2in1

did you check in device manager for drive issues? Reinstalling the drivers?
